A Small Confession About Black Friday

In my post last Friday about Black Friday, I vowed not to brave the elements and the crowd, but rather to enjoy some wine and write.  Well, it didn’t quite work out that way…

Although I didn’t rise before the sun and stand in a long line waiting to enter a mobbed store, we did venture out.  We only went to a few stores, but it was enough to convince me that Black Friday is a really bad day to do anything other than relax.

The things that saved the day were lunch at Five Guys and being with my grandson Evan – now 14 months old.  And I even did manage to write a few pages of Death in The Cloisters.  So all is not lost…

Feel free to leave a comment, and please come back often – I write and post every day!  And if you like what I have to say and how I say it, you’ll probably enjoy my novels as well.  They’re listed below, and you can read more about them on my website, http://www.randolphmase.com.  In the near future, I’ll have excerpts of my books that you can read, accessible on my site.  Please check it out!

And to view updated blogs in real-time, go to http://alphainventions.com or http://blogiche.com – they’re both great sites!
