The Best Desserts in New York City

…according to New York magazine, that is.  In its annual feature, Where to Eat, they list what they believe to be the 10 best desserts in the City:

  • Frittelle Di Mele, a twist on the apple fritter, at Lincoln Ristorante in Lincoln Center
  • Smores, a modernized take on the classic campfire dessert, at Recette in the West Village
  • Bacon Doughnuts, a great combination at Traif in Williamsburg
  • Water Chestnut Soup With Jack Fruit and Coconut Ice Cream to counter a spicy meal at Lotus of Siam in Greenwich Village
  • Rainbow Sherbet at WD-50 on Clinton Street in the Lower East Side
  • Ice-Cream Sundae at ABC Kitchen in Union Square.

What choices!  But I think I’ll have to try those bacon doughnuts…
