New York City From Up There

My wife Kathy and I recently met our son Don and his fiancée Robin in Manhattan; they were putting the final arrangements for their Central Park wedding together.  We had lunch at The Glass House Tavern (good food, and reasonable prices), saw Hair on Broadway (serious flashbacks to the 1960s!), and went to the Top of the Rock (an observation deck on top of the GE Building in Rockefeller Center).  Although it was cloudy, we got some great views of some New York City landmarks.  Once again, I’ll let the pictures do the talking.  Enjoy!

St. Patrick’s Cathedral

The New Year’s Eve Ball in Times Square

The Chrysler and Met Life Buildings

And of course, the Empire State Building!
