A Couple of Great Views

You may remember from the other day that the last thing on Where magazine’s list of things they love about New York dealt with the views of the city.  On the way to JFK Airport last weekend, I caught a couple of great views.  The first, shown above, was of the Manhattan skyline from the Whitestone Bridge.  Although we were moving quickly and there was a little haze, the shot of the Empire State Building and midtown wasn’t too bad.

The second view was of the New York Pavilion on the site of the 1964 World’s Fair, from the Van Wyck Expressway.  Again, not too bad…

Feel free to leave a comment, and please come back often – I write and post every day!  And if you like what I have to say and how I say it, you’ll probably enjoy my novels as well.  They’re listed below, and you can read more about them on my improved website, designed and built by my son Don, http://www.randolphmase.com.  On my site, you’ll also find excerpts of my books that you can read – please check it out!

And to view updated blogs in real-time, go to http://plugalink.com or http://kadency.com – they’re both great sites!
