       Here are the answers to the questions from a board game from the late 1980s called New York City – A Trivia Game that I posted Saturday:

  1. Manhattan Laboratory Museum is also known as G.A.M.E.  What do the letters stand for? – Grown through Art and Museum Experience [now called the Children’s Museum of Manhattan]
  2. Where would you find the Guinness World Records Exhibit Hall? – The lower level of the Empire State Building [it has since closed]
  3. Name New York City’s only operating winery. – Schapiro’s Winery [which has since relocated to Monticello, New York]
  4. What is the name of the building that was originally the carriage house of President John Adams’s daughter? – Abigail Adams Smith Museum [now known as the Mount Vernon Hotel Museum & Garden]
  5. Where would you find George Washington’s writing table? – In the Governor’s Room, City Hall
