Animals Gone Wild?

It seems that animals are wreaking havoc with our airline industry.  In the past week or so, 2 planes in the New York area had run-ins with geese, forcing the planes to return to the airport.

And then just the other day, a dog in a travel kennel escaped as the kennel was being loaded into the baggage compartment of a plane at LaGuardia airport, and began running down the tarmac.  She was soon surrounded by workers, but would not approach any of them.  When airline employees brought the dog’s owner, who had already boarded, to the puppy, she immediately went to her owner.   Fortunately, nobody was hurt, although several flights were delayed about 20 minutes.

Is it animals gone wild?  I don’t know; maybe that’s why we call them wildlife…
