Answers to Some More New York City Trivia

       Here are the answer and explanations for the question I posted last week:

       Which of these does or did not at least border 155th Street or above? [That’s the general area of Washington Heights, the location for the show In The Heights, now playing at the Westchester Broadway Theatre – thus inspiring the question.]

  1. The Cloisters  [located around 205th Street]
  2. Polo Grounds  [this was the home of the New York Giants, and was located at 155th Street and Eighth Avenue]
  3. Grant’s Tomb  [this is closer to 122nd Street, so it’s the correct answer!]
  4. Riverside Park  [the north end is at 158th Street]

       Did you get it?  I suspected I knew the correct answer, but didn’t call in – I was driving, and multitasking by driving and phoning is frowned upon in New York…in fact, it’s a ticketable offense…
