Answers to TV Shows in New York City; and Can You Think of Ten More?

Here are the answer and explanations for the question I posted last week:

Which of these TV shows is/was not set in New York City?

  1. Ugly Betty – in Manhattan and Jackson Heights, Queens (where I lived as a baby)
  2. The Good Wife – this is set in Chicago, so it’s the correct answer
  3. 2 Broke Girls – in Williamsburg, Brooklyn
  4. How I Met Your Mother – in Manhattan

Did you get it?  Let’s test you even more!  If you can name at least 10 other TV shows set in The City (and include at least one in each borough), leave a post!

Feel free to leave a comment, and please come back often – I write and post every day!  And if you like what I have to say and how I say it, you’ll probably enjoy my novels as well.  They’re listed below, and you can read more about them on my improved website, designed and built by my son Don,  On my site, you’ll also find excerpts of my books that you can read – please check it out!

  1. Says:

Some from the most productive cartoon marketing promotions are the type
which run inside the series. Looking at the
continued success along with the obvious signs both in
language used and merchandise seen in our society depicting the Simpsons,
a broad acceptance is reached how the Simpsons has touched our society and made
it impact, regardless of whether one thinks it’s for the good or for the bad. The allows consumers remain fully switched off by all the globe for many years offering complete amusement as well as leisure.
