Questions to How Well Do You Know New York City?

New York Skyline 2

Here are the questions to the Jeopardy! answers about shows in the category “New York Times” that I posted a couple of weeks ago:

  1. It’s 86th floor observatory is open 8 a.m. to 2 a.m., 365 days a year. – What is the Empire State Building?
  2. It rings at 9:30 a.m & 4:00 p.m. each trading day. – What is the NASDAQ bell (or the New York Stock Exchange Bell)?
  3. On weekdays, this iconic Herald Square department store at 151 West 34th street opens at 9 a.m.. – What is Macy’s?
  4. The last ferry from Battery Park to these 2 harbor attractions leaves at 3:30 p.m. daily. – What are Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty?
  5. Early risers can nosh on matzoh brew or corned beef & eggs at this spot on 7th Avenue & 55th Street; it opens at 6:30 a.m.– What is the Carnegie Deli?

Even though I know that Carnegie Deli is at 57th Street, I answered Katz’s Deli (which is on Houston Street in the East Village) – duh! But I did get the other four correct. How did you do?
