How Well Do You Know Broadway?

Broadway

One of the categories on a recent Jeopardy! episode was “Smash Broadway Musicals.”   Here are the answers; just come up with the correct question for each. I’ll give the questions in a future post:

  1. This “popular” show is the untold story of the witches of Oz.
  2. It’s set in the Jewish village of Anatevka in 1905.
  3. Songs from this musical include “Opening Night” and “Springtime for Hitler?”
  4. Her name was Lola, and she’s the showgirl (or guy) who helps save a failing shoe factory in this high-heeled hit.
  5. It’s based on a 1933 movie musical and it’s title song says, “Come & meet those dancing feet, on the avenue I’m taking you to.”
