One of the most popular blog posts I’ve made was about the now closed Auto Pub in the GM Building. Many readers have asked if I have any photos, but alas I did not…until now! Reader James Pontolillo sent me a link to a You Tube video; in James’s words, “This video on You Tube is part of a documentary from the 1970s. Go forward to the 34 minute mark and you can watch economist John Kenneth Galbraith walk into the Autopub, walk around inside a little and then sit down in one of the booths and continue his narration.” NOTE: The lighting in the video is not too good, but you’ll get an idea of what the pub was like.

Thanks again, James – and enjoy, everyone!
