How Well Do You Know Brooklyn?

One of the categories on a recent Jeopardy! episode was “Brooklyn,” which happens to be my birth place.  Here are the answers; just come up with the correct question for each.  I’ll give those questions in a future post:

  1. In 2012 this NBA franchise relocated from New Jersey to Brooklyn.
  2. North Central Brooklyn’s Bed-Stuy, short for this, features the Billie Holiday Theatre.
  3. Joey Chestnut said, “I found a vicious rhythm” after downing 74 hot dogs on July 4, 2018 in this Brooklyn neighborhood.
  4. On June 19, 1915 this battleship that’s now a memorial in Pearl Harbor was christened in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
  5. The edifice built as Brooklyn City Hall is now called this, reflecting Brooklyn’s status within New York City.

Feel free to leave a comment, and please come back – I write and post often!  And if you like what I have to say and how I say it, you’ll probably enjoy my novels as well.  They’re listed below, and you can read more about them on my improved website, designed and built by my son Don, http://www.randolphmase.com.  On my site, you’ll also find excerpts of my books that you can read – please check it out!
